This package comes with a 3 by 20 inch arrow with field points, a wildcat C5 crossbow, a 4 arrow quiver with mount, a foot stirrup, a Barnett string wax, a 3 red dot scope, an assembly hardware with hex keys and bolts, an assembly hardware, the assembly and manual, and a 5 year warranty card. This one is very easy to assemble, and it could fire a bolt at 320 FPS with a 150 LBS draw weight. This is advised to be waxed every 7 bolts you fire to make sure it lasts longer. This could be manually cocked but I recommend you purchase a separate rope cocker.
This is mainly designed for hunting but it does really well in target practice too. If you have experience with crossbows, you would immediately notice that this one is very quiet. So silencers wouldn’t be something “needed”. This is also very powerful so you have to be careful with it. This one has arrows with field points, you could get the 125 grain broadheads of Barnett for hunting because from experience it works well with this crossbow. Its weight is above average, but it’s very balanced and light to carry around. This one is also very durable and it’s manufactured by a well-established company. When you shoot it, you only need the right amount of pressure to pull the trigger and it releases a quiet and almost vibration-free shot.
Crossbows are designed for hunters by hunters but it also suits target practice. It has an excellent power output which is also perfectly dependable which makes this Wildcat C5 low maintenance. Remember that if you’re a beginner, you have to make sure you are careful with handling this because it’s very powerful. You can also check this barnett vengeance review.
